In-patient and Out-patient PT/OT/ST Services

Nursing Services Just For You

Whether the need is for short-term skilled nursing or long term care, our team of experts will design a plan just for you. Our diverse and professional staff have been serving the Seattle community for over 60 years.  On-going staff education includes not only reviewing the basics of a high standard of care, but the latest developments in the standards of practice for nursing. We have the ability to serve 165 residents needing 24-hour licensed medical and rehabilitation care in both our sub-acute and transitional units, including our three long-term units.

Our short-stay rehabilitation program, Homeward Board, is designed for those who have experienced an illness or injury and need transitional care. Patients in our West Wing Rehabilitation  Center require medically complex care including physical, occupation and/or speech therapy. As patients improve and reach their health care goals, we offer support and services so they can leave the Rehabilitation Center and return home, to another community setting or make a new home in our Skilled Nursing Center.

We are proud to have state-of-the-art equipment as part of our patient-centered treatment approach, but we believe that it is the personal touch of our talented and skilled therapist that make the difference. Every day they encourage, coach, motivate and celebrate every patient’s step forward. It is this strong one-to-one relationship between patient and therapist that makes Washington Care Services difference.

We know choosing a rehabilitation and skilled nursing center is an important and sometimes difficult decision. You will have questions and we will help you find answers. We believe knowledge is powerful for our families, so we will do whatever it takes to ensure you have the facts you need to make the most informed decisions. We invite you to tour our facility, meet the staff, learn about our services and experience the Washington Care Services difference.
